Premium Service Appointment after DLR Expiry Date

Dear members,

I am new here but need your kind help.

I booked my Premium Service appointment on 22 Oct 2018 at Liverpool (no dates available on all Premium Service Centre before 20 Oct 2018) but the problem is my DLR expiry date is 20 Oct 2018. Someone said this gonna be treated you illegal after 20 Oct 2018 if you go for premium service.

Please advise me what we do now.

Thanks. I am very confused coz someone said send all papers to Premium Service Centre and explain in the reps letter about appointment. He also said your application will be treated on time if you send by post.

Please need more senior members comments on my request.

What do you mean by 'post your documents to premium centre'???

If you post your application you must post it before your visa expires. Applying by post is NOT posting it to the premium centre.

Thanks for the reply, then where I can send papers? coz I paid full Premium Services charges of 4 peoples (got fee confirmation email). I very worried about, please help me. I will be very grateful dear.

When you apply in person at a premium centre, you submit all your documents on the date of your appointment. That is the whole point of a premium service centre appointment, you are applying in person and NOT by post!!

Thank, but what about my 2 days over from my expiry of DLR i.e 20 Oct 2018. I am still trying for early date if possible.

Please advise me for over 2 days is that treated illegal stay or what? And what we do now.

You must apply for ILR before your visa expires. If you cannot get an earlier appointment, you will have to post your application to the Postal applications address (this is different to the premium centre)!!

FLR(DL) is if you are a failed asylum seeker, then yes it is the address on the form. FLR(DL) is a postal application anyway, so you are not able to apply in person.
