Immigration in Dublin or in Birmingham

I am traveling To UK. Flight route is as follows ;

Islamabad to Dublin then connected flight for Birmingham. Only one hour an thirty minutes stay in Dublin.

Where my immigration will be done? either in Dublin or in Birmingham?

Birmingham probably.

Dublin is not part of the UK so their immigration has nothing to do with you arriving in the UK.

I read in different posts that UK and Ireland have Common Travel Area, people arriving from Ireland to UK usually dont go through Immigration checks.

It does happen sometimes, but not always.
