FLR(M) about english test AND financial requiremet

Hi there. I will apply to extend my flr m in december 2018 . After 2 and a half year. At first i passed A1 test. Which test do i need to pass now? Plus if i take a B1 test insread of A2?
3rd one is i have received a letter frok UKNARIC stating that my qualifications which i acquired from Pak meet the requirement of CEFR level B1 as i did masters in English literature and my degree was also taught in English... so what do i need to do now. Can anyone help please. ?

You need English A2 test from an HO approved sponsor OR your need UK NARIC UKVI Red Route, English and comparable assessment.

Both options cost the same, £150.
