Return to UK from Dublin

Post by Heshe » Thu Sep 13, 2018 5:50 pm

What must I do to return to UK from Dublin, was in UK for so many years without documents then left to Dublin and I have birth to my child while in Dublin, My child is 1years plus has an Irish Passport.

But I want to return back to UK via ferry ⛴. Anyone know any safe routes?

And

Is there any grands I can apply for in UK?

Irish ferry operators state:
"Passengers who turn up at our ports without valid documentation may not be allowed to enter either Ireland or Britain"

There are no UK grants for anyone without legal residence. The rules have tightened for anyone without the legal right to reside, including no right to rent accommodation (with the landlord subject to a £1,000 fine), no right to hold a bank account or a driving licence, no free access to NHS treatment, or to work (employers subject to a £20,000 fine).
