Hi let me explain my situation...
I started to work (full time) in the current organisation from 3rd Nov 2014. At that time, I had Tier 4 (general student) visa but could work full time as I submitted my PhD thesis. And then I switched my Tier 4 to Tier 2 (General). My Tier 2 was issued on 5th Feb 2015 and it is valid until 17th Nov 2019 - 4 years 9 months. I am considering applying for ILR around Oct 2019 but I am concerned that my Tier 2 shows 4 years 9 months even though I've worked 5 years (Nov 2014- Nov 2019). In this case, if the organisation offers any proof that I've worked here since Nov 2014, would it be possible for me to apply for ILR? Or should I have 3 months extension for my Tier 2 and then apply for ILR?
Please let me know. Your answer is highly appreciated.
