Do you need TB test certificate when travelling after Visa 1st time?

I feel this needs a thread of its own. Too many contradictory answers in various threads.

After spouse visa has been granted does the travelling person need the TB certificate upon reaching uk airport?
In some cases the home office have not returned the supporting documents like mine.

Will a photocopy do?

Photocopy is fine.

As has been stated many times in the forum, the main UK airports have screening facilities if the IO feel they need to check a passenger.
