what online visa form do i need

Hi can somebody point me to the correct uk online visa application form to use. and any thoughts on our chances would be appreciated.

MY wife is Thai
She was issued with a spouse leave to remain visa in july 2017 after we got married in the uk.
we now want to bring her daughter ....been apart for nearly 2 years but has been back to visit once
she was never married to her daughters father
she has sole guardianship
she is now working full time
I earn more than enough
we can proove we send money back to Thailand
she has been back to visit her daughter in thailand
her mother very ill and can no longer care for her daughter
