Dependants of an ILR resident obtaining UK passport

I wonder if anyone can comment on this please?

I am a UK resident with ILR obtained through the Long Residence route. I am eligible to apply for British passport next month. My wife and son (9 years old) have been continuously resident here since July 2012 (have over 10 years in total). They are currently my dependants with 2.5 years of leave to remain (1.5 years left), which they obtained after I received my ILR.
When I switch from ILR to UK passport, do my dependants then have to reapply for a new visa? I am wondering if their existing visa would become invalid when I switch from ILR to passport. Anyone knows?

No. Spouse of ILR holder and spouse of British citizen is the SAME visa.
