If somebody earning £18600 p.a usually does not qualify for working tax credits. Please check again with the benefits department that you have declared your income correctly , no error otherwise could be serious problems later on immigration status and it is also a criminal offence to claim benefits which you are not legally entitled to...

Are you applying for a spouse visa extension on FLR M or for ILR after 5 Years on spouse visa?

You have posted two different queries in the spouse visa subforum and a post in the ILR sub forum!!!

Hi

I am applying for the spouse visa extension. My sponsors earning last year was £10,000 and hence he was eligible to claim the tax credits. I started working in April 2018 after the tax year and I am earning £19,000 per annum. I am named on the tax credits however we have ticked under immigration control and I am not receiving any public funds

The question regarding ILR is for my sister please assist in which documents are required for self employed.

Thanks
