Hi,

I was working from dec2014 on a full time post getting full salary, recently due tu ill health , i cant continue to do full time , now my job plan is changed to part time which will have implication on my salary , now i will be doing 5.2 Pa / my gross pay was 57k/PAnnum .
Would i be eligible to apply for IlR next year ?

5 DCC& 2 hrs of admin session
4hours/ day it is as per doctors advise

Sorry, not clear on what you mean. What is 'DCC'?

So only 20 hours per week.

How long will you be doing this for?

I cannot answer your question but my understanding is you cannot work less than 30 hours per week as a tier 2 sponsored worker.

Sorry about the confusion
I do have valid tier 2 visa till last year i was working 40hr/ week
It is due to my health my working hours are limited to 22hr/ week now

My question is can i apply for ILR next year if my working hrs stay same ,
