UK spouse visa accommodation Studio Flat

Hi guys,

I need a quick confirmation on whether studio apartment can be used to fulfil the accommodation requirement for the spouse visa? If so then is there any size requirements for the studio apartment?

I have an agreement from the landlord to allow two people to live in the studio flat.

Studio flat is fine provided no other adult will be living their apart from you two.

Make sure you get permission from landlord to allow your spouse to live there specifically, that way you got it all covered.

With the adress does length of time ive lived thier matter?

is it proof of current adress or all adresses within the last 6 months?

No issue if its first spouse visa application where any recent proof of address is fine. Otherwise if its extension application then the last 2 years evidences of cohabitation.
