Naturalisation of EEA Family member after divorce

Post by Mandokinha2701 » Sun Sep 23, 2018 6:58 pm

Hello there.

I have a couple of questions regarding my future.
I currently hold a Permenent Residence Card acquired in May 2017.

I wasn’t planning to apply for natiralisation as PR does give me the piece of mind that I need regarding remaing in the uk.

I am however going through a divorce.
So I have a few questions:

1 - if my divorce date is tomorrow let’s say, does that affect my current status?

2 - do I have to tell the Home Office? Prior or on my application?

3 - what documents will I need to send for my naturalisation application?

Thank you very much.
