Online Application Form - Visa Extension

Hi all,

We're in the process of applying for my wife's first extension of her Spouse visa. Most of the questions are pretty self explanatory but as she has spent some time in the UK previously on other visas there are two we're not too sure about.

Time lived in the UK - How long have you lived in the UK?
Should we include the time on previous visas (1x volunteer and 1x student visa)?

Police registration - During your current or last grant of leave in the UK, were you required to register with the police?
For both my wife's previous visas she was required to register with the police, but for the visa we're renewing (the spouse one) she wasn't. Should we include the police registration paperwork?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Based on common sense if there wasn't any long absence then correct answer might be the time since when she first time arrived in uk.

just reply yes because as you said that in previous visa she was required and the question is asking that.

Thanks seagul. There was a two year absence between the student visa and the current one, so we'll include the previous time and make note of it in a covering letter. The more information the better I guess. Thanks again!
