Can Tier-2(ICT) holder apply Sponsored job in UK

Hi,
I am an ICT-Tier 2 (2017) VISA holder working in UK now for the last one year. I am getting some job offer in UK, where the companies are ready to sponsor me. Could any one please let me know, if I am eligible to apply to the UK sponsored job. If not, then whats the alternate option.
