FLR m Question 2.3

Post by abiz2324 » Mon Sep 24, 2018 11:02 am

Hi,

I am kind of confused with this question and don't know what option to select.

My husband applied for a spouse visa back in Oct 2015 and he was granted a one month entry clearance Jan 2016 and had to pick up his Biometric Resident Permit from local post office and it had 'Spouse/Partner leave to enter' and was valid for 33 months. We are in the process of completing the FLR M to renew/extend and not sure of Q 2.3

2.3 Please indicate what stage of extension of leave you are applying for or why you are choosing to extend your current leave in one of the above categories.

First period of leave to remain (following an initial period of entry clearance as a partner of a settled person

Second period of leave to remain (following initial grant of leave to remain.

NOTE - We are applying under spouse of a person present/settled in UK. which option do I select please ?
Thanks in advance for your response.
