ILR SET(M) - Spouse visa - 5 year route

Post by hardrocker » Mon Sep 24, 2018 5:31 pm

Hi

My wife is applying for ILR as a spouse of a British national. I have a very basic query but need to be sure my wife is putting all the right info in the form. I believe my wife does not need to complete children section of the form as our daughter was born in UK and is already a British national. Am I correct in assuming that?

Off course we can mention that we have a child together to reinforce our relationship status.

A lot of forms do ask about children whose details must be given despite they are not applying.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

All children details must be entered regardless of British or not.

You can also submit their Passport photocopy or Birth Certificate additionally.
