Upper tribunal

Post by Kabz30 » Wed Sep 26, 2018 11:03 am

Hello helpers
I applied for ILR which was denied at first but I finally won the hearing... after that, the Home office appealled to Upper tribunal and I won that case too... so I was wondering, can the Home Office apply for a second appeal and what happens now? Thanks

Useful to provide more detail, such as :

1. Full UK immigration history.

2. Reason for ILR refusal etc.

3. Route you applied for ILR (10 years long residence or PBS 5 year route).

I have been in England over ten years, since 2005 and came under my mother's work permit. They first refused because I did not declare a verbal police caution i had, as I did not consider this a criminal record. When it was denied we were advised to go to lower tier by lawyers, however the Home Office appealed against the courts decision, leading to upper tribunal, which has now been done. What happens now? Are they still able to reappeal again?

When we ask for your UK Immigration history, we want to know exactly what VISAS you have held and the start and expiry dates and application for extension dates etc.
