Hi,
To all my friends & respected moderators, I really need your help, exactly after 1 year I got interview call on last monday dated: 24/09/18, complaince officer coming for an interview on coming monday 1st of October 2018, as we are running our business from home that's y I am worried this y my question is do we really need to take permission from council or any contract with our landlord , please help me out in this matter,

It is impossible to answer that question. It depends on your rental contract and whether it has put some limitations on this.
