Travelling to Uk after EEA family visa

Hello.i am from India and I have a query regarding traveling to uk, if i get a EEA family visa and if i travel after a month or 2 after getting visa will it be any problem?

but when i apply for 5 year visa will they question why i travel late or can reject my application based on it?
