making connections

Post by seeking87 » Fri Sep 28, 2018 12:04 pm

Dear all,
I was wondering how you connect to businesses or to entrepreneurs when you don't have already someone in mind? Are there any agencies?
I am new to this and I want to get some information before I contact my lawyer.
Any information will be appreciated.

i did not solicit. I am aware of this. I did not ask for this. I am an entrepreneur, who does not have 200k and was wondering by joining with another if this would work.

You can use a partner to apply for the visa, but you both need access to the £200K and if each contributing x amount, you both have to be applying for the visa as partners.

I did NOT say you were. You asked if there were 'AGENCIES', which is what my reply was for!!!

If you google for this, you may find firms claiming to help you with this arrangement.

However, it is against the spirit of the T1E so there is a good chance HO can even consider it deception. But it really depends on what exactly those firms are doing.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.
