PR RESIDENCE CARD RETURN AFTER BRITISH CITIZEN

I attended British ceremony on 15 th September, 2018. I applied British passport on 18 th September, 2018. I got my British passport 28 September, 2018. I am a family member of eu citizen but non eu citizen. I have permanent residence card which one is biometric formet. Should I send my permanent residence card to the home office? It’s already passed 12 days . Home office fine me as already pass more than 5 days. Please help me.

FWIW - I never returned my PR (blue) card, I'll keep it with my documents, just in case.
No issue as far as I am concerned.
