Benefits for daughter but parent ILR

Post by Akc » Fri Sep 28, 2018 8:10 pm

I recently got ILR from the tier 2 sponsored category. My daughter nearly 3 has been registered as British citizen applied with the M form. My husband is still a PBS dependent. My question is can I apply for tax free childcare vouchers and child benefit for my daughter. Will.this affect my future British citizenship application for me and PBS renewal to ILR for my husband?

As you have ILR you can claim for child benefit in your name. It will have no effect on your spouses citizenship.
