Stamp 4 EUFam - Residence Permit

Post by drabdullahafghan » Sun Sep 30, 2018 8:43 pm

Hi all,
thank you all for your time.
I have a query, about Stamp 4 EUFam,
I was just wondering if I can apply for Stamp 4 EUFam, I am currently on stamp 4 as my daughter is Irish national. I am from Afghanistan and living in Ireland for the last 4 years. I have been working as a doctor, and I was on work permit before, until my daughter's birth and I got stamp 4 with that.
I am curious if I can get this EUFam and travel visa free with my family, I mean my Irish daughter and wife in Europe.
Will highly appreciate any guidance.
Kind regards,
Abdullah Afghan

Stamp 4EUFAM is given to the spouse, partner or family member of a EU national (except Irish) in Ireland, you won't qualify for a Stamp 4EUFAM based on the fact that you have an Irish daughter.

What's the nationality of your wife?
