Tier 2 Work for old employer

Hi All,

I have applied for a new job and completed the Visa application and have received green light from the HO. I haven't received my BRP yet (went for 1 day appointment).

But, now my old employer doesn't want to let me go. Is there anyway to reverse the whole process?

You cannot 'reverse' the process. You will need a new UCoS etc and will have to reapply for a new Tier 2 visa again and pay all the fees again.

Thanks CR001. I thought as much. Does that mean my old employer will have to do the RLMT right?
