Spouse visa

Post by Ranyu » Tue Oct 02, 2018 8:49 pm

l need your advise on tenancy agreement for spouse visa.

I had a Assured Shorthold tenancy agreement for a period of 6 months. Fixed term of 6 month came to an end and i did not renew the agreement for another fixed term as i'm paying the rent on monthly basis (Periodic). Is it okay to submit the old tenancy agreement??

Maybe old tenancy agreement along with another letter confirming that it now become periodic/rolling contract then may work.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
