MN1 and passport application

I’ve made online application to register my son as a British Citizen. I can’t secure an appointment for JCAP before the 10 days since online application. Can I just simply post my original documents with passport application forms inside?

If you don't use NDRS JCAP and post the application yourself, then no, you cannot apply for the passport at the same time.
