Visa Form

Hi,

I am trying to get an extension of Tier 1 (PBS) for my wife. However last time we used a solicitor and not sure about certain details in the form. My wife has spends her time between UK and India due to her and her family health issues. While filling up her form in extension I am not sure what was filled by solicitor last time around and the solicitor has moved on to different field and not approachable. If there are any differences between this form and her previous form, will it create any problem to her extension of visa?

If you have spare time & few quids then request the SAR report from HO. They will send your previous applications forms copy.
