Can I Travel to Home country when my VISA is due in 3 months

Hi All,

I have Spouse Visa(Dependent of ILR) with Work Permit which will expire on 30th March 2019.

Can I travel to India in Dec2018 and come back to UK in Jan 2019.

I would apply for my visa extension once I am back.

Given this, kindly advise if I would be denied entry to the UK since I am travelling just before my visa expires. Also, Will this trip make any issue for my VISA extension.

Will this affect my situation. Kindly advise.

You are free to travel and re enter the UK as long as your visa is valid.

No issue for visa extension.
