ILR APPLICATION

Hello,

My wife has been on tier 2 general visa for 4 years 10 months. However, she moved from a job to another during this time. The current visa has an extra 3 months which will make it a total of 5years 3 months tier 2 general visa. Can she apply for ILR 28 days before 5 years or she has to wait until she is 5 years in the UK?.

She can apply if she meets the requirements, within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of her first visa issue date.
