NATURALISATION PROCESS DURING MARCH 2019(BREXIT)

hey
Does anyone have any idea if someone who is meant to apply for citizenship using their current PR(permanent Residence), but the same one will reach the 12 months holding time period required right during march 2019,; Will they still be allowed to use the PR as a not time restriction proof, counting with the fact that brexit is happening at the end of that month! ?
