ILR 33 months

Post by rapapipaps » Fri Oct 05, 2018 6:24 am

Hi everyone. i just want to be sure before i apply for ILR. i was given a spouse visa on Aug 2013 and arrived in the UK same Aug 2013. and i already extended my spouse last on May 2016. when i had my extension they gave me spouse visa till Dec 2018 which exceed if you count it from Aug 2013. it will be 63months already. so my question is can i apply now for ILR? Because im already 5yrs in the UK since Aug. or do i have to wait for 28 days before my extension my visa expires which is dec 2018? please help.

You can apply 28 days before clocking 5 years and not 28 days before your visa expires (in this case). So as it stands, you can apply as you have already clocked 5 years

It's a nornal 2.5 year visa plus 28 days sometines. Nothing to worry about. You could have applied for ILR already in july/August.

hi i need a little help here. i am applying for indefinite leave to remain and i am answering the question now. Im in the financial page. My question is why there is no question anymore how will i meet the financial requirement? because my financial requirement will fall on category A which is the combine income from me and my sponsor. Which is my wife. I remember before when i applied for extension the paper one there is a question there how will i meet the financial requirement but now on online there is nothing. They just ask how much do i earn.
