Check visa application status

Hi there,

Dose anyone know if I can check the processing status of my visa application? I did use an online self-check service on GOV website (with GWF number) last year, but I can't find the page now. Should I have to use the charged phone/email service?

There is no longer an online status check website. HO removed in December last year.
