Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) visa - BRP re-entry and age 31

Hi

I have yet to start the application for the Tier 5 youth mobility scheme visa, but am looking at an entry date potentially around March or April 2019.

There are a few things I was wondering if folks here might have answers to:

1. After collecting the BRP, would I be free to leave and re-enter the UK (before the visa expiry date)? Are there generally any potential restrictions?

2. If I turn 31 during my 2-year stay in the UK, am I still free to leave and re-enter the UK before the visa expiry date?
