Appeal or not to appeal

Post by Pennyj » Sun Oct 07, 2018 1:14 am

My spouse in Pakistan has had a refusal on our application based on the wrong ielts done
One bank statement was amiss
My employer's letter needed more information
We have the right to appeal
My question is if the above points are rectified can they be put into the appeal
I'm conscious that appeal times can vary between 6-12 months
Or wait and reapply?
I need advice on the best course of action
Thank you

If you can write your refusal letter here taking out personal details, we can have a look at their wordings for refusals

No
It was academic
And did not have the recognised UKVI details

New evidence which wasn't available to the ECO when making the original decision, won't be considered in an Appeal.
