Switch from Tier 2 ICT Long Term to Dependant From UK

Hello All,
I am on a Tier 2 ICT Long Term Visa ending December 2018(Renewable for the next three years) and my wife as well is on the same visa as me but expiring Dec 30th(Will be renewed for the next three years).

I am planning to switch to dependant visa.

Question:
1) Can i switch from Tier 2 ICT long term visa to dependant visa without leaving the UK?
