You cannot bring your father to the UK as your dependent.also , if there any information if my father can quality for permanent stay over year ?
You need to ask your Indian OCI questions in the Other Countries sub forum further down the main forum page.lastly i heard that if we move to india and stay on OCI for 5/6 years we can re qualify for Indian Citizenship too
Please correct me if I'm wrong. I suppose he can bring his father via adult dependent relative visa. However the chances of approval is really narrow.
The chance of approval is almost zero and if you apply and it is refused, it shuts the door to future visitor visas. Since the rules were made more difficult in 2012, only a very small number have been successful but only after lenghty (years) and very expensive appeals.
Running your business from wherever has nothing to do with immigration rules or nationality laws.
