Regarding Change in IHS fees

Hi

I am currently holding an ILR and I am applying for extending my wife's Tier 2(General) dependent visa. I was filling the online form since I was not able to find a downloadable form to be sent by Post.

I was not able to find PBS Dependent or Tier 2 (General) dependent while filling the form online
hence I had to tick Tier 2 (General) which leads to a question that asks for sponsorship number.
If I manually enter PBS Dependent then it is asking for whether she has been taught a degree in English etc

So my Question is what should be the answer for "What type of visa or leave to remain do you have?"

You are missing the point completely.

Once you start the process on the last link I have provided above, you are required to register and log in to start. There should be 3 drop down menus for visa cat, sub cat etc. What are those options.

I just registered to apply on the PBS dependent link I posted. I don't understand what you are struggling with as the form starts with your details and clearly states if you have ILR you need to state your last PBS route visa held.

I had done it that way but then I get stuck in entering the sponsorhip number . Because I am on ILR and no longer sponsored and my wife is not sponsored as well

If you see my initial question then I have clearly stated that I have proceeded with Tier 2 General Leave to remain , but then I ended up with a question that was asking for sponsorship number which I was not sure what to enter

I didnt get that when I follow the questions, which is why I asked where did it ask and if you ticked the box or answered that you had ILR.

Tier 2 dependent is an online form ONLY. IHS payment is part of the online process. Online application is for postal OR in person.
