IHS reference no. after successful UK Spouse Visa appeal

Hi

can someone explain how do we get a New IHS reference number after making a payment via topup link provided by an e-mail from Home Office? This is after when we won appeal and decision was overturned.
or
do we submit the passport with the old IHS number and give them an e-mail confirmation of new IHS payment
confirmation when i go to visa application centre
