I entered uk as student in sep 2008.
In feb 2010 i got post study work permit. In feb 2012 i have got sponsorship tier2 general for 3 years + 1 extension and then 2 years extension.
Total 9 and half years never ever over stayed always payed all taxes as a part of salary.
I am not sure about that as it was dealt by my solicitor.CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 18, 2018 11:02 amshahbandish wrote: ↑Thu Oct 18, 2018 11:01 amHi CR001

If you were still working for your Tier 2 sponsor and submitted an FLR(FP) application before tier 2 expiry, your Tier 2 Visa conditions would have continue under Section 3C of the immigration rules and you would have been able to continue working until such time as HO made a decision on your application.shahbandish wrote: ↑Thu Oct 18, 2018 11:17 amWhat it has to do with can i work or not cr001. I am sorry but i couldn't find the relevance between two questions.
Thank you very much cr001 for such prompt reply. There is no point in taking matters on ego on public forum. I am realy sorry and with all due respect still i cant find the relevance behind the reason and work rights.CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 18, 2018 11:21 amIf you were still working for your Tier 2 sponsor and submitted an FLR(FP) application before tier 2 expiry, your Tier 2 Visa conditions would have continue under Section 3C of the immigration rules and you would have been able to continue working until such time as HO made a decision on your application.shahbandish wrote: ↑Thu Oct 18, 2018 11:17 amWhat it has to do with can i work or not cr001. However if you left your tier 2 sponsors employment, then you would have struggle to prove your right to work and any new employers are within their right to NOT employ you.
You seem to have used FLR(FP) to purely buy time. UK born child that is only 9 months old gives no entitlement to the parents, child could easily adapt living in the home country.
As you feel my questions might not be relevant, I will leave others to offer any further advice.
Good luck.

What should be my next steps.
My question was what is the next step? Can i do something to get right to work from a new employer?
