FLR FP processing time.

Hello guys,

I am a working doctor in NHS living in UK from last 3 years. I was on spouse dependent visa of a british husband but now we are going through divorce. My son is a british and 2 years old. I have switched and applied for the visa Parent of a british child.

After 6 weeks, home office has sent me a letter today saying it is a case of human rights/complex case so it will take longer to process.

I need to know how long does it roughly take to process or come back?

Sorry i missed mentioning that I have Pakistani nationality. Now i have applied throuhh 5 years route for parent of a british child.

FLR(FP) applications can take many months, sometimes up to or more than a year.

Depends on the merit of the case, each case is different

in my expedience took 13 months.. received complex letter along with bio-metrics...
