List of Docs for T2G dependent

Hi,

Currently I am in UK holding as ICT long term visa and my kids are having ICT dependent visa while my wife is having T2G.
My plan is to apply for T2G dependent for myself and kids within uk

Could some one please help me with list of docs required and website through which I can apply.(I think its gov.uk)

Also does children have to pay the IHS ?

Yes, every applicant must pay the immigration health surcharge. Children are not exempt.

Hope you have maintain the funds for 90 days for 2 applicants.

Thanks CR001. I think my wife has maintained sufficient funds for 3 dependent ( for myself and 2kids @£630 each) if not then can we submit the maintenance letter from her Sponsor.

Just out of curiosity Do we still need to prove the maintenance fund even if we all are in uk and making application within UK?

Hi CR001, looking for just a quick confirmation.
I am on T2 ICT (Main applicant) and my kids are ICT dependent on me.

Can we switch within UK to T2G dependent or we need to this from home country ( same as my wife when she switched recently from ICT dep to T2G main applicant now)

Really?? Where does it state that???

Tier 2 ICT cannot switch to Tier 2 General, but there is no rule preventing them switching to Tier 2 dependent visas within the UK.
