Tier 1 GE inquiry plzz

Hello guys,
Im really interested in Tier 1 GE
But now im in UK as a Tier 4 dependent visa.
And the expiry dates is 30th of Nov. in 2020.

My question is
Can I apply for a Tier1 GE now ?
It means apply for Tier 1 GE before my visa ends..

Im so wondering and please help me out

You need to apply from your home country as you are on a Dependent visa and get a new entry clearance Tier 1 visa

You can't switch to T1GE, so you have to apply from your home country

And If I successfully get the Tier 1 GE,
My previous (tier4 dependent) will be gone, automatically ? Even it’s expiry date is not passed.

Yes. It will be cancelled automatically if you are granted another visa. You cannot hold two different visas for the UK.
