BRP not arrived

Hey guys can you please help me in this situation as my wife BRP has not arrived and more then 45 days have been passed so what should i do now.

Basically in older post I have talked about it but not sure you have read or not but anyways I applied for 7 year child route and luckily enough thanks to Allah, the home office accepted it and granted me 30 months visa under 10 year private family route. My and my children passports and brp were returned but my wife's brp has not reached yet and it has been 45 days until now. We asked our solicitors for this matter and he said that he will charge more for this. Therefore I reported it to the BRP Office myself. They emailed me that they have informed to the home office but I have not received anything yet.

Can't find a post like that in your history. Your posts have been about a spouse visa for a friend, changing name after ILR before Citizenship, DVLA and LIUK.

So not sure how we should know when you have such a varied posting history.
