If ILR Granted- UK Born baby's passport

Post by sheraz78 » Wed Oct 17, 2018 6:57 pm

I have applied for ILR based upon 5 years Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa during june 2018.
My 2 dependent (wife and elder daughter- both are non uk born) got successfully Points based dependent extension as they are not yet eligible for ILR(even before i receive the result of my application for ILR)

Suppose, I get my application for ILR successfully, How can I apply uk passport for my younger daughter and son as both are UK born.

Please confirm which documents and application form we need to send

Best Regards

Only a British citizen can apply for a passport. Your children are not yet British. You have to register them as British on form MN1, costs £1,022 each. Passport is extra and a separate process.

See link below and read the MN1 form and guidance notes.
