Naturalisation after 1 year from ILR

HI,
My husband and I applied for ILR in June this year through the post and have just received our biometric residence permits. They are dated 17/10/18.
For naturalisation do we have to wait a year from when we receive the biometric residence permits? Or is it 6 years from when we arrived in the country?

1 year from when the ILR brp card is valid from.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
