requirment of bank statement for tier 2 dependant visa

Hi. i need you valuable guidance please. i want to apply tier 2 dependant visa for my wife and one daughter. but my last three month statement dropped once below 1500 for 15 days a i perchased a property in pakistan worth 18000 pounds. money was sent through westernunion. my question is : my sponsor is A rated sponsor ( my cos was issued in december 2017).if my sponsor gives a declaration that they will support my family for the first month, do i still need bank statement or i can get examption? second question: bank statement drop can b justified with property perchase? thank you

How much was the drop?

You need £630 x 2 for 90 days.

it was 500 pounds. but transection shows i sent 2200 pounds in my wife s account in pakistan which was reason of this drop. can A rated sponsor declaration make me exampt of bank statement?
