Presumably you applied for and got ILR based on 10 years long residence correct?Main applicatnt, I got ILR this month.
If yes to my question above, then no to your spouse ILR question. She has to apply for FLR(M) spouse visa and meet the English and financial requirement. This will reset her clock for ILR based on 5 years residence.1) Can my dependent (spouse) apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) under section 281-287 (2-year route for PBS dependent came before 9 July 2012)?
2) Is the time spent under Tier 4 Dependent and Tier 4 (Doctoral Extension Scheme) counted towards PBS Dependent immigration?
You should try apply for FLR(M) sooner if you can. IHS is doubling on 8th January and an FLR(M) will cost £1000 plus visa fee of £1033 if you wait to apply.Saim01 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 29, 2018 10:29 pmHi,
I got ILR on 10 years long residency. My last visa was t2 valid till June 19.
I already applied for my kids registration and passport.
Is it OK if my wife stay on her current leave t2 dependent until it expires in June19? Is it ok to travel on her current leave? If we don't change until june 19.
Then we switch to flrm as one extension in flrm in this way allow her ro meet 10 years LR requirements.
