In a lot of areas they are not helpful in immigration matters.Adam2002 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 7:25 pmThank youLondoner007 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 3:28 pmI think the MP will be the best person right now to help you. All the best
On the positive side, numerous members have been successful with the intervention of the MP
I practically seen those ones who wasn't offered any help by MP and about which I already said above. Due to board t & c I cannot name those areas for example.
As the saying goes...nothing ventured, nothing gained. It's worth a try.
Well no harm in trying as nothing to looseCasa wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 9:23 pmAs the saying goes...nothing ventured, nothing gained. It's worth a try.
Thank you for your quick reply I'm 110% sure to what I said they're 110% wrong on they decision I I hope they can come back to me asap with good news much appreciate you supportLondoner007 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 24, 2018 3:17 pmI dont think there is a set time for expedited hearings. It is up to the judge to decide if they can fit it into their schedule.
I've heard of one person having their date shorted by one month by having it expedited. But that was a oral hearing.
In your case, you havent yet been given a date yet so will have to wait. Decision can be overturned at review stage now or even the appeal withdrawn before a paper hearing.
If what you said is true in terms of the documents you have then you have a strong case for a overturn of decision.
I hope your your anxiety is under control in this stressful period.
I have spoken to my MP earlier he did call the Home Office this afternoon and they told him they're waiting for the court day so I guess my review didn't go through it seemed they sticking to the decisionLondoner007 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 24, 2018 8:11 pmIf the documents are there, then the logical thing for the Entry Clearance Manager would be to overturn the decision and allow the visa.
I hope to read soon that your visa has been approved. Make sure you are looking after your health especially with the mental health medications, your spouse will come soon just hang in there!
All the best InshaAllah.
