Visa for British citizen dependant

Hi,
I'm a pbs dependent. My husband recently became British citizen. My baby is also British citizen as he born after his dads ilr. I'm staying in uk from past 3.5 years. Now my visa is going to expire. Please let me know to which category I have to apply.
As my husband is a citizen can I apply for citizenship as a dependent?

On what basis did your husband get ILR, 5 years PBS route or 10 years long residence?

No, you cannot apply for citizenship if you do not have ILR first. Their is no shortcut route.
