Please help me with some information.

1. I have completed my 10 years in UK, how can I apply for same day service? Please can you give link of that service.

2. Which application form should I use?

3. I had applied for SAR but it is taking time to come back to me, so can I apply for ILR before it comes or it is compulsory for me to wait?

4. I have wife and daughter who has not completed 10 years in UK. Should they also apply with me or they can apply after I get ilr ?

Hello Kaji, you can use SET LR form to apply and go to home office website for premium service appointment. You need to apply for yourself first once to get your ILr granted then apply for family.

So, I had requested for SAR from home office but I have not got it. It has been 10 days.

My daughter is born in UK.

My wife was in UK before 2005 in study visa, but while switch to my dependant some problems occurred and became overstay due to application being invalid.

I am eligible to apply for ILR now but my friend suggested me to apply for SAR. So I did it.
Now it is taking time and don't want to wait for SAR. Can I apply now without waiting for SAR? Sorry for confusion.

Hello,

I have completed my 10 years legal stay. I have wife and two children below 14 years. My wife's 10 years legal stay has been broken. My daughters are born in UK but they have their country's passport as they had travelled once to their country.

So, Please let me know the following questions.

1. Which form should I fill for ILR application?
2. Should we,all family members have to apply together or, I only have to apply first?
3. if my wife and children cannnot apply with me, when can they apply and which application form to use?
4. Should i have to show bank statement for my application, if so, how much money to show?
5. should I have to show money for my dependants, if so, can we use our joint income (my and my wife's income) to show that we are earning sufficient money?
6. Is there any benefit of using solicitor or i can make application myself for ILR? DO i get any credit if i use solicitor?

1. Already answered when you asked in September. Form Set LR.

2. Set LR does not permit dependents to apply with you.

3. Your wife will have to switch to flr m and meet the English and financial requirements. Flr M will reset her clock to zero and a new 5 year period, 2 x 2.5 year visas, before she can apply for ILR. Once you have ILR, your UK born child can apply to register as British.

4. No. Read the form. It states clearly what is required for long residence ILR.

5. For FLR M you must meet the £18,600pa financial requirement. When does your spouse visa expire?

6. A solicitor has no influence on your application and no, you don't get any "credit"! and is not really needed no.

You can show joint income. Bear in mind that as your child is not yet British, HO might expect to see income of £22,400.

confirmed by a third party (school, nursery, Doctors, local authority health visitor).


D20. If you have any reasons or grounds for wishing to stay in the United Kingdom which you
have not already mentioned in your application you should do so now in the box below.
